I am a political scientist working as associate professor in the Department of Social Sciences at Carlos III University. I am currently the director of the Carlos III – Juan March Institute (IC3JM) and the co-director of the IC3JM Master in Social Sciences . My research spans across the fields of decentralization and federalism, economic voting and intergovernmental relations.
